● Purpowe and Feature: ● The plant can treat the sewage from WC on ship to satisfy the international discharge standard in order to discharge directly overboard. ● The plant can clear up the organic pollutant by active sludge and biological membrane, so it has compact structure and it can start freely. ● The plant provided with sewage and residue return treatment system, so, generally, the sewage will be discharged per three months. ● The plant includes integral type and assemble type, and the common base is provided, so, it is easy for installation. ● The plant has strong anticorrosive performance, it can be flushed by sea water.
● Principl description WCB series biochemical domestic sewage treatment plant consists of three cabins i.e. areation tank, contact tank and settling & disinfection tank. In areation tank, the active sludge will absorb the organic substance which will be clear up at oxygenic condition to CO2 and water, at the same time the active sludge will be repreduced; in the contact oxidizing chamber provided with soft stuffing as biological membrane to clear up the organic substance again; the active sludge in the settling tank will be returned to areation tank as bacterium for reproducing and retreating. After the sewage is settled it will flow into disinfection tank for treating, after that the treated sewage will discharge overboard through discharge pump.
